Impressive growth has led to a drive to highlight career opportunities in IT and recruit talent into the business.
Fargo Systems, the UK’s leading logistics software supplier, has strengthened its Ipswich – based team with a series of new appointments.
Lewis Saunders and Theo Ellis have taken up roles in Fargo’s Graduate Recruitment Programme. And with immediate effect, Duraisamy Nataraj has joined the company as a QA Test Analyst.
The 12-month graduate programme is designed to attract and develop new talent in the IT logistics industry and give a multifaceted insight into TopsTMS® products and the various functions across the business.
Steve Collins, Managing Director of Fargo Systems, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lewis and Theo to our team. IT is a fast-growing and changing industry that offers many career opportunities for men and women. To future-proof success, it is vital to encourage bright young people to make it their career of choice and to support them as they take their first steps in the industry.”
Specialising in software testing, Duraisamy will be responsible for quality assurance across the many stages of the software development process. Managing Director Steve Collins continues: Durai’s expertise in testing procedures, monitoring resolutions, and providing feedback on functionality and usability has already proven a great success.”
