Fargo Systems Expands Support Team

‘Proactive Support Service’ for all

Fargo Systems, creators of the popular TOPS™ (Transport Operations & Processing Systems) software system has further strengthened its support team with the appointment of Alex Mortimer to the role of First Line Support.

With immediate effect, Alex’s appointment further demonstrates Fargo’s continued investment and commitment to its customers. The First Line Support role provides; instant product assistance and help, offers an immediate level of service and the capture of full enquiry details and escalates to the teams’ Support Analysts, when required.

Steve Collins, General Manager at Fargo Systems comments: “Our strategy was to create a first line of support and expand our Customer Service Manager’s role; appointing Alex has enabled us to provide our clients with a full ‘Proactive Support Service’.”

Trudy Seager, FSL’s Customer Service Manager, remains in regular contact with all customers to ensure their requirements are being met and proactively arranging upgrades to new versions of the software to ensure all customers enjoy the benefits of new releases.
Fargo Systems now have in excess of 1,300 users of their TOPS (transport management) and CYMAN (Container Yard Management) software world-wide – and a growing customer base deploying in-cab vehicle telematics on FSLs Smartphone ‘TOPS…on the go’ system.
